If you are interested in one of our puppies but live too far to pick up in person, we are happy to assist with safe and reliable transportation arrangements. Puppies can be delivered either to your nearest airport or directly to your home.

Delivery timelines depend on location and method of transport:

Within the United States: Typically 2–8 hours

Canada: Approximately 10 hours

International deliveries: Up to 48 hours from departure

Please note that occasional delays may occur due to weather, airline schedules, or regulatory requirements. A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your puppy’s journey at all times.

Shipping Fee:
The standard shipping fee is $250, which includes pet nanny home delivery for eligible locations.

We collect your personal details and confirm the puppy you have selected

The puppy is transported to the licensed pet delivery service

Delivery registration and payment are completed

A tracking number is issued for real-time shipment updates

Your puppy is delivered within 24 hours (subject to location and regulations)

Upon arrival, you may take your puppy to your veterinarian for a routine wellness check

Important Notice:
Some U.S. states require an approved pet license or insurance clearance before a puppy can be shipped. Our pet delivery service can assist you in obtaining any required pet insurance or approvals to ensure compliance with state regulations.

International Delivery Requirements

International customers should contact us directly for a personalized shipping quote. The following information will be required:

Full legal name (must match government-issued ID)

Backup contact person’s full legal name (authorized to receive the puppy in case of emergency)

Physical residential address (P.O. boxes are not accepted)
